Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

CashCove aims to provide clear and transparent information regarding loan applications, payments, cancellations and refunds.

01
Loan Application Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of a loan application before disbursement, subject to the application status and applicable terms.

02
Cancellation After Disbursement

Once a loan has been disbursed, cancellation or refund is governed by the applicable loan agreement and the terms of the relevant lender.

03
Processing Fees

Any applicable processing, service or other charges will be handled according to the terms disclosed to the customer.

04
Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate payments may be reviewed for refund or adjustment after successful transaction verification.

05
Excess Payments

Any excess payment received will be reconciled according to the applicable repayment and lender procedures.

06
Failed Transactions

If a customer's account is debited despite a failed transaction, the payment will be reviewed and reconciled after verification.

07
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed through the original payment method or another verified payment method, subject to applicable procedures.

08
Refund Timeline

The time required for a refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

09
Repayment Obligations

A refund or cancellation request does not automatically cancel repayment obligations for a loan that has already been disbursed.

10
Customer Support

For cancellation or refund assistance, customers should contact CashCove with their registered mobile number, application or loan reference and transaction details.
